• Password (encrypted, we can't see it)
• Username

Payment Information

Payments are handled by Stripe and Coinbase. We receive:

• Transaction IDs
• Payment amounts and dates
• Last 4 digits of your card (for your reference)

We never see or store your full card number. That stays with Stripe.

Usage Data

• Download history (what you downloaded and when)
• Search queries
• IP address
• Browser type and device info

Support Tickets

If you contact support, we keep records of those conversations to help resolve issues and improve the service.

Why We Collect It

• To run the service - accounts, subscriptions, downloads
• To prevent abuse - detecting fraud, enforcing limits
• To improve things - understanding how people use the service
• To communicate - account updates, support responses

Third-Party Services

We use a few external services:

• Stripe - payment processing
• Coinbase - cryptocurrency payments
• Resend - sending emails

Each of these has their own privacy policy. We only share what's necessary for them to do their job (e.g., your email goes to Resend so they can send you messages).

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. Nothing fancy. We don't use tracking cookies or sell data to advertisers.

How Long We Keep Data

• Account data - until you delete your account
• Download history - kept for your records and ours
• Payment records - kept for legal/tax requirements
• Support tickets - kept for reference

If you delete your account, we remove your personal data. Some anonymized data may be retained for analytics.

Your Rights

You can:

• Access your data (most of it is visible in your dashboard)
• Update your information in profile settings
• Delete your account
• Request a copy of your data

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data: encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, secure payment processing through established providers. No system is 100% secure, but we do our best.

Age Requirement

SOUNDS.RIP is for users 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect data from minors. If you're under 18, don't use the service.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy occasionally. Significant changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the site.
