These terms govern your use of SOUNDS.RIP. By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Your Account

You need an account to use SOUNDS.RIP. When you create one:

• Use accurate information
• Keep your password secure
• Don't share your account with others
• One account per person

You're responsible for everything that happens under your account. If you think someone else has access to it, change your password immediately and contact us.

Subscriptions and Payments

SOUNDS.RIP is a paid subscription service. Here's how billing works:

• Subscriptions renew automatically each month
• You can cancel anytime from your profile page
• Cancellation stops future charges but doesn't refund the current period
• We don't offer refunds for partial months
• Prices may change, but we'll notify you before your next renewal

Payments are processed by Stripe and Coinbase. We don't store your full card details.

Using the Service

Your subscription gives you access to download music for personal use. Each plan has daily download limits. Don't:

• Share your downloads publicly or redistribute them
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the service
• Try to bypass download limits or security measures
• Resell access to your account
• Use the service for anything illegal in your jurisdiction

Content

We provide access to music through our service. We don't make any guarantees about specific tracks being available. The catalog may change at any time. How you use downloaded content is your responsibility.

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee:

• The service will be available 100% of the time
• Downloads will always work perfectly
• Specific content will remain available

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SOUNDS.RIP isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Account Termination

We can suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, abuse the service, or for any other reason at our discretion. If we terminate your account for a serious violation, you won't receive a refund. You can also delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you by email or through the service. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
